In fact I wasn’t - Grandma Dina and I were at the Chicago Magic Lounge celebrating her birthday. However, the show was nearly done, and the party only getting started, so I was able to make it to shoot the Squeak E Clean Chicago launch party after all!
What I walked into was a good ol’ dance party~! I have been to the venue many a time, and the dancing:standing ratio was way above average (a sight I love to see). Maybe it was the combination of fun-loving people in the room, maybe it was the rockstar DJs on the decks (Fatlip, Sam Spiegel, Hxlt, and more), but If every event I shot was like this one I wouldn’t complain!
